Maintenance · the cheapest insurance in HVAC

HVAC maintenance plans in College Station and the Brazos Valley.

Most failures we see in mid-summer and mid-winter were preventable with a tune-up two months earlier. The maintenance plan books your pre-summer and pre-winter visits, catches the failures before they happen, and gives you priority dispatch when you do need a repair.

About maintenance plans.

If your system is more than five years old and you've ever paid for an emergency repair, yes. Membership pays for itself if it prevents even one avoidable mid-summer failure. Plus you get member-only pricing on any work that does come up.
Twice-yearly tune-ups (pre-summer for cooling, pre-winter for heating), refrigerant level check, electrical connections, coil cleaning, condensate drain check, combustion analysis on gas equipment, filter change, and a written report. Members also get 10–15% off any repairs that come up during the year.
Yes. Month-to-month membership, cancel any time. No long-term contracts and no penalty for canceling between visits — though you'll want to time it so you don't miss the next scheduled tune-up if you're paying annually.
Yes — we maintain systems regardless of who originally installed them. The first maintenance visit includes a baseline assessment so we know what we're working with.
