Bell Heating & Air is based in College Station and services Brazos, Grimes, and Williamson counties. Most of our work is in the closer Brazos+Grimes cluster — College Station, Bryan, Navasota, Anderson — where we can dispatch same-day on emergencies. Williamson County is in our footprint for system installations and larger jobs where the drive is justified.

We're truck-based service — no storefront, no franchise overhead, no rotating subs from out of region. Every Bell technician answers to the same three owners.
Brazos County

Where most of our work happens. Texas A&M turnover, older Bryan housing stock, and the summer heat all keep us busy.

Williamson County is ~90 miles from our home base — too far for a one-hour service call, but well within reach for system installations and larger projects where the drive is part of the day anyway.

We batch by route — it keeps prices honest.
We don't charge separate trip fees inside our primary service area. Instead, we group jobs by route — College Station mornings, Bryan afternoons, Navasota corridor on the days Lance is heading that way. That keeps drive time out of your invoice. Outside the primary area, we'll quote drive time transparently so you know what's in the number before you approve.
Emergency dispatch in Brazos/Grimes
No-cool, no-heat, and active leaks in our primary area get same-day dispatch during business hours, no trip charge.
Non-emergency in primary area
Routine repairs and tune-ups scheduled within 1–3 business days. Maintenance plan members get priority dispatch.
System installations
Most full system installs scheduled within a week of estimate approval, weather permitting. Multi-day jobs we'll walk through before booking.
Williamson County
Williamson jobs scheduled around our existing route. Typically a 1–2 week window for installs; we call first before scheduling small repairs.
